Uncle Jake this lovable quirky character is funny, quick to blow his fuse and even quicker to admit it when he is wrong. I love this old guy, he hates it when anything upsets his perfectly laid routine, he is a memorable and amusing character who gave the story its life. This book was nicely written and the illustration is awesome any kid within the desired age group would surely fall in love with this book, great work Sigal Adler keep the series going great job. I love books that always put a smile on kids faces while teaching them at the same time. I'm no longer a kid but I enjoyed it all the same, it did indeed make me smile while reading it.

Uncle Jake was neat and tidy in every way,
He laundered his clothes every single day.
He hung the wet clothes on the line outside,
And brought them in as soon as they dried.
His clothes were ironed and ready to wear,
Even mittens and socks got his special care.
